Check back periodically for shipment progress updates.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>UPS Ground parcels are generally delivered at any time on Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours.<\/p>\n<p>While ground parcels can\u2019t be scheduled to arrive at a specific time, UPS express shipments have guaranteed delivery times that vary by service.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, UPS drivers can deliver as late as 7 p.m. During the festive season, our drivers may deliver even later.<\/p>\n<p>If we are unable to deliver a parcel that shows a status of \u2018out for delivery\u2019, we\u2019ll try another delivery on the next business day.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter\" title=\"Woman in street looking at phone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ups.com\/assets\/resources\/webcontent\/images\/tracking-support-help-680556621-Q421.jpg\" alt=\"Woman in street looking at phone\" width=\"553\" height=\"311\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ups-acc-headcont\" role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">My shipment says it\u2019s been delivered, but I can\u2019t find it. Where is it?<\/span><i><\/i><\/h2>\n<div id=\"accordion_2_3_content\" class=\"ups-accordion_expand\" role=\"region\" aria-hidden=\"false\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion_2_3\">\n<p>Your driver will try to leave your parcel out of plain sight to protect it. Check exterior doors or other places where your parcel could\u2019ve been placed, like the porch, back patio or garage. Also check with anyone who may have collected your parcel, like a neighbour.\u00a0If you still can\u2019t find it and it shows delivered, please log a complaint through Claim Support.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">What Does My Tracking Status Mean?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Each time your parcel is scanned, shipment movement information is captured. Here\u2019s a list of what those common statuses you\u2019re seeing mean.<\/p>\n<section id=\"link1\" class=\"content-blocks\">\n<div class=\"block-header\">\n<h3>Label Created<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-description\">\n<p>We\u2019ve received the shipment details and billing information from the sender of the shipment. Once we have possession of the shipment and have it moving within our network, the status will be updated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"link2\" class=\"content-blocks\">\n<div class=\"block-header\">\n<h3>Shipped\/On the Way<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-description\">\n<p>We\u2019ve received the shipment, it\u2019s moving through our network and it now has a scheduled delivery date. Shipments can stay in this status until they are out for final delivery. Keep in mind, if shipments are travelling long distances, they probably won\u2019t be scanned again until they reach their destination hub.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"link3\" class=\"content-blocks\">\n<div class=\"block-header\">\n<h3>Out for Delivery<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-description\">\n<p>The local UPS facility has received the shipment and they\u2019ve dispatched it to a driver for its final delivery. Unless the sender has elected for a time-definite delivery service, parcels are typically delivered between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (occasionally later) to residences, and by close of business for a commercial address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"link4\" class=\"content-blocks\">\n<div class=\"block-header\">\n<h3>Delivered<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-description\">\n<p>We\u2019ve delivered the shipment to its final destination, with a timestamp of the delivery recorded. If the shipment doesn\u2019t require a signature, our driver will try to find a safe place to leave the shipment to keep it out of plain sight or harmful weather. This may include a front porch, side door, back porch or garage area, among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"link5\" class=\"content-blocks\">\n<div class=\"block-header\">\n<h3>Delivered to a UPS Access Point location<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-description\">\n<p>A selected UPS Access Point location has received the shipment and it\u2019s ready to be picked up at the receiver\u2019s convenience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"link6\" class=\"content-blocks\">\n<div class=\"block-header\">\n<h3>Exception<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-description\">\n<div>The shipment is in the UPS network, but there was an unexpected error that may result in a change in the scheduled delivery date. The reason for the exception will be noted in the Shipment Progress section of the Tracking Detail page.
