Request your PAC code<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0 The easiest way to get your PAC code from your previous provider, is to text &#8216;PAC&#8217; to 65075 (free of charge) and you&#8217;ll be sent your code along with full details of remaining credit or account charges. Alternatively, call your current or previous mobile provider and ask for your PAC code. As long as the number is still active, they will be able to provide your PAC code which will be valid for 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. You\u2019ll need to have your PAC code ready from your previous network to do this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternatively,\u00a0<\/strong>you can call 2732 to request your number transfer &#8211; just remember to have your PAC code from your previous supplier and your new SIM card and temporary number to hand.<\/p>\n<p><em>If you submit the transfer request before 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, your number will be transferred the next working day. Please note that we don\u2019t transfer numbers at the weekend or on bank holidays, therefore if you request to port on a weekend or a bank holiday your number will be transferred in 2 working days. This transfer will happen between 05:00 and midnight and on the day of transfer you will lose signal on your old SIM card.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Swap your SIM card.\u00a0<\/strong>Once you&#8217;ve lost signal on your phone, just insert your new Asda mobile SIM card.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: you may experience intermittent service on your new SIM card for a few hours after your number transfers over. This can include a period of time where you can receive calls and texts but cannot make calls, send texts or use data. This is normal and is usually resolved within a few hours, but can take up to 24 hours.
