Once linked, open the myGov app and go to Wallet on your home screen. Select Add to wallet and follow the steps. Once the Medicare card is added, it can also be saved to the app home screen for quick access.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-link-medicare-to-your-mygov-account\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How to link Medicare to your myGov account<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Follow these steps to link Medicare to myGov:<\/h3>\n<p>1) <a href=\"https:\/\/my.gov.au\/en\/myaccount\/dashboard\">Sign<\/a> in to myGov.<\/p>\n<p>2) Select View and link services.<\/p>\n<p>3) Select Link on the Medicare tile.<\/p>\n<p>4) If your details are already recorded in myGov, they need to match your Medicare record. Select Continue. If you\u2019re linking the Australian Taxation Office, Centrelink or Medicare for the first time you\u2019ll need to agree to myGov storing your personal details. Select I agree.<\/p>\n<p>5) You can link Medicare using your Medicare card details or a linking code. Select the best option for you, then select Next.<\/p>\n<p>6) Enter your Medicare card number and personal details or your linking code.
