Set\u00a0<b>four<\/b>\u00a0security questions \u2013 Select a question, populate your answer and click\u00a0<b>Add<\/b>. You\u2019ll receive an email or your Service Administrator will let you know if you need eToken.<\/p>\n<p>Before you can download the CommBiz app and activate your eToken, you need to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commbank.com.au\/support.business.become-identified-on-commbiz.html\" data-tracker-type=\"richtext\">verify your identity<\/a>\u00a0with the Bank.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<b>Configure<\/b>\u00a0the\u00a0<b>Date and time\u00a0<\/b>settings on your mobile device to\u00a0<b>Automatic.<\/b>\u00a0You can usually do this by selecting \u2018Settings\u2019, \u2018General\u2019, \u2018Date and time\u2019 on iOS and Android phones.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.
