The easiest way to activate the Xfinity Assistant is by going to chat at www.xfinity.com\/xfinityassistant.\u00a0The Xfinity Assistant is an always-on virtual assistant that lets you get personalized, guided help.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

After logging in to your account, you\u2019ll see information such as your upcoming bill or estimated delivery dates for equipment being sent to you. From the home screen, you can ask questions and get solutions for repair, billing and account issues. It uses contextual data from your account to offer relevant, helpful information.<\/p>\n

But, if for some reason your issue isn\u2019t resolved, the Xfinity Assistant connects you with an agent who can chat with you online to help.<\/p>\n

Where Can I Access the Xfinity Assistant?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The easiest way to access the Xfinity Assistant is by going to\u00a0chat<\/a>. Other ways include:<\/p>\n
