There\u2019s just one thing to be aware of \u2013 you\u2019ll need to be\u00a0registered for SMS Security<\/a>\u00a0to activate your card and set your PIN via the NAB app and NAB Internet Banking.<\/p>\n

You can easily activate your new card in the NAB app or NAB Internet Banking.<\/p>\n

To activate your NAB card, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    Open the NAB App<\/strong>:
    Download or open the NAB app<\/strong> on your phone. If you haven’t installed it yet, you can find it on Google Play<\/strong> (for Android) or the App Store<\/strong> (for iOS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Sign in to your account<\/strong>:
    Use your NAB ID<\/strong> and password<\/strong> to log into the app. If you don\u2019t have a NAB ID, you can create one via the app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Go to the “Cards” section<\/strong>:
    Once logged in, navigate to the “Cards” section within the app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Select your new card<\/strong>:
    Your new card will appear in the list of accounts. Tap on the card you want to activate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Activate the card<\/strong>:
    Follow the on-screen instructions to activate<\/strong> the card. You’ll be asked to verify your identity, either by using your PIN, face ID, or other security methods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Complete the process<\/strong>:
    After successful activation, you should receive a confirmation message, and your card will be ready to use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Call 1300 365 111<\/strong> (within Australia) or the international line +61 3 8641 9083<\/strong> if you’re overseas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Follow the prompts<\/strong>:
      You\u2019ll be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your NAB card<\/strong> and your personal details<\/strong> to verify your identity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Complete Activation<\/strong>:
      After the process is complete, you should receive confirmation that your card has been activated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Visit NAB’s Online Activation Page<\/strong>:
        Go to the NAB Online Activation Portal<\/strong> at NAB Card Activation<\/a> (login required).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Enter Card Details<\/strong>:
        Enter your card number<\/strong>, expiry date<\/strong>, and other requested details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Verify Identity<\/strong>:
        Complete any verification steps, such as entering a one-time passcode<\/strong> sent to your registered phone number.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Activate the Card<\/strong>:
        Once completed, you\u2019ll get a confirmation message, and your card will be active.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Select the type of device you use to bank online and follow the step-by-step instructions to activate your card and set the PIN.<\/p>\n
