Only the Flexi plan is affected. You can request to port during signup, or if you already have a Standard Bank Mobile SIM you can do so in the &#8216;Manage SIMs&#8217; area in your profile.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, we can\u2019t start the porting process until you have activated your Standard Bank Mobile SIM. Once you have activated you will use the Standard Bank Mobile number allocated to you until the porting process has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive an SMS to confirm that your port request has been submitted.<\/p>\n<p>After 48 hours (from Monday to Thursday), if your port has been unsuccessful we will give you a call to assist you. Unsuccessful porting can be due to a number of reasons stipulated by your current service provider, in which case you will be required to chat to them directly.
