On your provider&#8217;s sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and choose Sign In.<\/p>\n<p>3. If prompted, complete the account form and choose Create Account.<br \/>\n4. Already have an account? Enter your Max or HBO Max email address on the Create Your Account screen. Then, on the Account Found screen choose Verify Email Address.<\/p>\n<p>5. Choose Start Streaming and then you&#8217;re ready to stream.<\/p>\n<p>If you added a password to your Max account, you can\u00a0sign in\u00a0on any\u00a0supported device\u00a0using your account email and password.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Your HBO\u00a0Max profiles, watch history, and settings are available in Max.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Computer<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how to connect your provider:<\/p>\n<p>1. If you&#8217;re using a computer, choose View All or search for your provider.<\/li>\n<li>On your provider&#8217;s sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and choose Sign In.<\/li>\n<li>If prompted, complete the account form and choose\u00a0<strong>Create Account<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Already have an account?<\/strong>\u00a0Enter your Max or HBO\u00a0Max email address on the Create Your Account screen. To do this, sign in your provider account on your provider&#8217;s website and make sure Max is included.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apple TV<\/strong>: Try removing your TV provider from your Apple TV settings, and then try connecting your provider again. Here&#8217;s how:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"CollapsibleSectionBody\">\n<ol>\n<li>Go to your TV, internet, or wireless provider&#8217;s website.<\/li>\n<li>Sign in with your provider account.<br \/>\n<strong>Note<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0If you can&#8217;t sign in, look for an option to reset your password. If this doesn&#8217;t help, please contact your provider for help. Max Support doesn&#8217;t have access to your provider sign-in information.<\/li>\n<li>After you successfully sign in on your provider&#8217;s website, go back to Max and try the\u00a0Connect your provider\u00a0steps again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"CollapsibleSectionTitleRow\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<h2 class=\"CollapsibleSectionTitle\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Code not working?<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"CollapsibleSectionExpander\">\n<div class=\"ACaret\">If the 6-character code isn&#8217;t working, here are some things to try:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"CollapsibleSectionBody\">\n<ul class=\"bullet\">\n<li>Open a private or incognito browser window and then go to\u00a0<a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/auth.max.com\/link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">max.com\/providers<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Get a new code.
