In addition, you can make changes to your W-4. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Simply type in your changes, print out the form, sign it and forward the completed form to Payroll for processing. Upon registration, you may elect to have an automatic email notification sent to you when your current earnings statement is available. Included in the email is a direct link to the ADP iPayStatements Web site.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How to register on ADP iPayStatements:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. Go to http:\/\/paystatements.adp.com.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on \u201cRegister Now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>3. Enter the Self Service Registration Pass Code: lmu-payroll.<\/p>\n<p>4. Select iPayStatements and click \u201csubmit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>5. From your most recent pay statement, enter the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company Code.<\/li>\n<li>File Number (enter exactly as listed on pay stub\/voucher).<\/li>\n<li>Social Security Number.<\/li>\n<li>Pay Date or Advice Date (mm\/dd\/yyyy).<\/li>\n<li>Check\/Voucher or Advice number (enter exactly as listed on paystub\/voucher).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be prompted to complete a registration process during which you will select a unique password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character. Additionally, you will be assigned a system generated User ID. Upon registration, you may elect to have an automatic email notification sent to you when your current earnings statement is available<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53032 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pay-statements-adp.jpg\" alt=\"pay-statements-adp\" width=\"441\" height=\"393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pay-statements-adp.jpg 441w, https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pay-statements-adp-300x267.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 441px) 100vw, 441px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Activation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To use the portal, your company must be a client of ADP. Please obtain your self-service registration code from your company Payroll or HR department. Once you have your registration code, you can register at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/login.adp.com\/welcome\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">login.adp.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Employee Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Select <a href=\"https:\/\/netsecure.adp.com\/pages\/sms\/ess\/v2\/pub\/ssr\/theme.faces\">Register Now<\/a>\u00a0to start the registration process. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, select your security questions, enter your contact information, and enter your activation code. You will then have the ability to review your information and complete the registration process<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">View My Pay Statement Online <\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Starting Point: Pay<\/h3>\n<p>1. To help prevent others from seeing your personal data, your pay information is masked when you open Employee Access. To unmask it, click Hide My Pay in the upper-right corner, under your image.<\/p>\n<p>2. The total gross pay, taxes, deductions, and take home pay are displayed for your most recent pay statement.<\/p>\n<p>3. Click to view details for a prior pay statement. Up to 26 pay statements are available.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Print My Pay Statement<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Starting Point: Pay<\/h3>\n<p>1. Find the pay statement you want to print.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click Download Pay Statement and save it as a PDF to your computer.<\/p>\n<p>3.
