CenterWell Pharmacy, formerly Humana Pharmacy, is your online, mail-delivery pharmacy that helps you manage your maintenance prescription medication with convenient delivery to your home or location of your choice.<\/p>\n

Your medications will be handled with the same great care by the team that knows you. Your medications will now come from CenterWell Pharmacy or CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy, formerly Humana Pharmacy and Humana Specialty Pharmacy. The only thing changing is the name on your prescription label, order packaging, paperwork and communications.<\/p>\n

How do I use the OTC allowance?<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. See if your Humana plan offers an OTC allowance<\/h3>\n

If your plan includes the OTC benefit allowance, you\u2019ll see an OTC credit in the top-right corner of the page when you\u00a0sign in<\/a>. This is the amount you can spend in one month or quarter<\/p>\n

Depending on your plan, your allowance may expire at the end of each month or quarter or roll over to the next month or quarter through the end of your plan year<\/p>\n

How do I keep track of my OTC credit allowance?<\/span><\/h2>\n

We\u2019ll keep track of it for you! When you sign in, your OTC allowance will appear in the top-right corner of the page. If you place an order, this amount will update automatically when that order has processed.<\/p>\n

What if my order total is more than my OTC allowance?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We\u2019ll charge the remaining balance (including sales tax) to your default credit card. If you don\u2019t have a credit card on file, we may remove products to bring your total at or below your remaining OTC allowance. If we need to remove products from an order, the remaining items covered by your allowance will still ship.<\/p>\n

How do I submit a new prescription to CenterWell Pharmacy?<\/span><\/h2>\n

There are 3 ways that you can start a new prescription request with CenterWell Pharmacy: online, by phone or by mail.<\/p>\n

Online:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Sign in to your CenterWell Pharmacy account<\/a>\u00a0and select\u00a0\u201cFill a new prescription\u201d<\/span>\u00a0from the home page. Enter your prescription details and your prescriber\u2019s information if necessary, and submit. If you have a MyHumana account, you’ll use the same username and password to sign in to your CenterWell Pharmacy account.<\/p>\n

Call our toll-free automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at\u00a0800-379-0092 (TTY: 711)<\/span>. Follow the directions and submit your new prescription request by phone.<\/p>\n
