Activate Shaky Knees Wristband : Register your Shaky Knees Wristband in advance<\/span><\/h2>\n

Shaky Knees Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Register For Cashless<\/span><\/h2>\n

Cashless is the easiest way for you to pay for\u00a0food, drinks, merch and more<\/strong>\u00a0– with the\u00a0tap of your wrist<\/strong>. Here’s how it works:<\/p>\n

  1. Register your Shaky Knees wristband in advance<\/strong>: Link a credit or debit card to your wristband, then set a required PIN for security. Now you’re registered for Cashless too!<\/li>\n
  2. Once you’re at the fest, just order at any bar or vendor location displaying the\u00a0Cashless<\/strong>\u00a0logo, and let them know you are paying with your wristband.<\/li>\n
  3. Then tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and go.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Link a credit card to buy food, drinks and merch with the tap of your wrist!<\/p>\n

    The Shaky Knees Box Office has moved locations and is now in the courtyard\u00a0of Atlanta Civic Center –\u00a0395 Piedmont Ave. NE \u2013 Atlanta, GA 30308.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ticket and Wristband Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • All wristbands will be mailed.<\/li>\n
    • All sales are FINAL \u2013 no refunds and no exchanges.<\/li>\n
    • If you purchased from an unauthorized source and\/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.<\/li>\n
    • Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist for entry into the Festival and cannot be slipped on and off.<\/li>\n
    • Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.<\/li>\n
    • Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.<\/li>\n
    • Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.<\/li>\n
    • Subsequent and\/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.<\/li>\n
    • If your wristband is removed by Festival security\/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.<\/li>\n
    • All Passholders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.<\/li>\n
    • The festival takes place rain or shine.<\/li>\n
    • THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.<\/li>\n
