To upgrade your subscription using the Xfinity Stream web portal, please ensure that you&#8217;re using a supported Operating System and Web Browser.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>When browsing content on the\u00a0Xfinity Stream web portal, Xfinity Stream app on Roku, or app on Android mobile devices, you may wish to view a TV program or movie that is not available in your current Xfinity TV subscription.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ekf66f999\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Upgrade Your Subscription<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Supported Operating Systems and Web Browsers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Operating Systems:<\/strong>\u00a0Windows 7 and above, Mac OSX 10 and above<\/li>\n<li><strong>Browsers:<\/strong>\u00a0Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome 31 and above, Safari 10 and above, Firefox 24 and above<\/li>\n<li>Unsupported operating systems and browsers will display the following message:\u00a0<em>Your system isn&#8217;t compatible with Xfinity Stream<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To upgrade your subscription, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. From the <strong>Main Menu<\/strong>, you can select\u00a0<strong>Live TV<\/strong>\u00a0and the channel you wish to watch, or select\u00a0<strong>Browse<\/strong>, then\u00a0<strong>Networks<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Movies<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>TV\u00a0<\/strong>or watch content on demand.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 470px; height: 255px;\" src=\"\/\/secure.xfinity.com\/anon.comcastonline2\/support\/help\/faqs\/stream\/HOW12861_060820_01.jpg\" alt=\"The Browse tab is highlighted on Xfinity Stream\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. If you choose a program or movie that requires that you rent, buy or subscribe, you will see messaging that presents you with those options. Upon clicking <strong>Subscribe<\/strong>, information will appear about the cost of service.
