Activate Go2Bank Card Phone Number : Go2bank Card Not Activating<\/span><\/h2>\n

You can activate your Go2Bank debit card by logging in to your account at <\/u>GO2bank.com<\/a> or the app and following the prompts. You can also activate at: (855) 449-0703<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You can open a GO2bank account at GO2bank.com or after you download the GO2bank app. Identity verification required. If approved, your debit card will arrive in 7-10 days. You\u2019ll need to activate your card and add money to your account before you can start using it.<\/p>\n

Federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, and phone number when you open a GO2bank account. We may also ask to see your driver license or other identifying documents.<\/p>\n

Steps to Activate the Go2bank Card<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

You can activate your debit card by logging in to your account at\u00a0<\/u>GO2bank.com or the app and following the prompts. You\u2019ll be asked to create a PIN and provide some info so we can verify your identity, including:-<\/p>\n

\u2013 Last 4 digits of your debit card number.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Expiration date.<\/p>\n

\u2013 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card).<\/p>\n

\u2013 Last 4 digits of your Social Security number.<\/p>\n

If you received a debit card offer by mail, you can activate at: (855) 449-0703<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need to activate your card and add money to your account before you can start using it.<\/p>\n

Go2bank Card Not Activating<\/span><\/h2>\n

If an eGift Card you purchased is not working on a merchant website, app or at a retail location, you must contact the merchant directly for assistance. Please check the merchant\u2019s website for eGift Card\u00a0 terms and conditions and the best way to contact customer service to resolve your issue. If you have already contacted the merchant directly and are still having issues, please contact us using the number on the back of your GO2bank card for assistance. For additional information about our eGift Card cash back rewards program, please see the GO2bank Deposit Account Agreement.<\/p>\n

Important to know: If you visit some merchants\u2019 websites or apps to check your eGift Card balance, like Wayfair, PlayStation, Google, GrubHub and Amazon, your eGift Card value will be automatically added to your account with that merchant. Once the eGift Card is added to the merchant account, you will no longer see the balance on your eGift Card. You can activate (sometimes referred to as \u201cregister\u201d) your temporary GO2bank debit card by downloading the GO2bank app or going to\u00a0GO2bank.com\/start<\/u>\u00a0and following the prompts.
