When you login into Doublestruck Exampro as usual, you will be asked to enter your name and school email address to create your personal account. Once this is done, we will send a confirmation link to the email address that you provide.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Ensure that you have the\u00a0school username<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0password<\/b>.<\/p>\n

These details would have been emailed to the address used to place the order.<\/p>\n

Enter the school username and password and click Log in<\/b>.<\/p>\n

You will then be instructed as to how to create your own individual user account.

You can have an unlimited number of individual user accounts on Exampro.
\nHowever,\u00a0a five simultaneous user limit\u00a0applies which means that only five users can be logged in to the same question bank at the same time.<\/p>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

  • GCSE Physics – 5 users<\/li>\n
  • GCSE Biology – 5 users<\/li>\n
  • …<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    So, in this example, ten users are using Exampro at the same time as they are using different question banks<\/div>\n

    This rarely causes an issue but if you would like to purchase additional users at \u00a310 per user, call\u00a00345 145 1500<\/b>\u00a0or email\u00a0online@exampro.co.uk<\/b><\/p>\n

    The importance of ending your sessions<\/h4>\n

    Each time you launch a subject, this will count as one session<\/p>\n
