Use the\u00a0Add Users screen\u00a0 at www.caaspp.org to individually add a user to TOMS by entering the user\u2019s information and email address, assigning the user a role, and then confirming and saving the new user\u2019s information.<\/strong><\/em> Select the [Users<\/strong>] navigation tab from the top navigation bar, and then select the [Add<\/strong>] action tab to open the\u00a0Add Users<\/em> screen.<\/p>\n

LEA coordinators can add the user roles of site coordinator and lower in the hierarchy than their own.<\/strong>\u00a0Site coordinators can add users\u2019 roles lower than site coordinator, such as test administrator, test examiner, and so forth.<\/p>\n

Quick Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Enter the user\u2019s name and contact information on the\u00a0User Name and Contact Information<\/em>\u00a0progress step. Be sure to enter all required fields.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the [NEXT<\/strong>] button to proceed to the next step.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the organization before selecting the role.\n

    • The user is assigned the role for each administration year selected and is required to sign a Test Security Agreement and a Test Security Affidavit upon logging on to TOMS for the first time after the role assignment is made.<\/li>\n
    • After selecting the administration year(s), if available, for the new user, select the [NEXT<\/strong>] button to move to the\u00a0Confirm and Save User<\/em>\u00a0progress step.<\/li>\n
    • Select the [CLEAR<\/strong>] button to clear all fields and start again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • If all the information is correct, save it by selecting the [SAVE<\/strong>] button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Follow these steps to add an individual new TOMS user.<\/p>\n

        1. Enter the user\u2019s name and contact information on the\u00a0User Name and Contact Information<\/em>\u00a0progress step (figure\u00a02). Be sure to enter all required fields.<\/li>\n
        2. After all the fields have been entered, either (1) select the [NEXT<\/strong>] button to proceed to the next step; or (2) select the [CLEAR<\/strong>] button to clear the information and start again.
