How do I reset my password?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. On the\u00a0Workday Resource Center sign-in page<\/a>\u00a0click\u00a0Reset Password<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter your professional email address and click\u00a0Reset via Email.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. From the email, click the\u00a0Reset Password<\/strong>\u00a0link. (Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox)<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. On the\u00a0Reset Your Password\u00a0<\/strong>page, enter your new password twice and click\u00a0Reset Password<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Access your applications by clicking on the tiles in your new Workday Resource Center.<\/span>\n

    • If accessing the Workday Learning Center, upon signing in you will be prompted to\u00a0Remember this Device<\/strong>. We recommend that you check the\u00a0Remember this Device\u00a0<\/strong>option.       What is my username?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      Your username is the professional email address you use at your organization.\u00a0 This username applies to all Workday Resource Center applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

      This is my first time logging into the new Workday Resource Center. What do I do?<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Look out for the\u00a0Account Activation<\/strong>\u00a0email sent directly to your inbox, from\u00a0no-reply@resourcecenter.workday.com<\/strong>. Please check your junk\/spam folders for the message<\/span><\/p>\n

      How do I install Okta Verify on a mobile device?<\/span><\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Download the Okta Verify app from the Apple App Store or Google Play onto your primary mobile device.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Using your computer\u2019s browser, navigate to the Workday Resource Center sign in page<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Enter your professional email address and password credential, then click\u00a0Sign In<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. When prompted to enroll in Okta Verify, open the Okta Verify app, select the\u00a0+<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Add Account<\/strong>, choose an account type of Organization and scan the QR code that appears in your computer\u2019s browser.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. The next time you sign into the Workday Resource Center, it should offer to send you a push notification or ask for a numeric code. If you choose the push notification, you will be asked to approve, once it appears on your mobile device. If you chose to use the code, then access the code in Okta Verify and enter it into your browser.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:\u00a0<\/strong>You can only enroll Okta Verify on one device at a time. Authenticating on a second device cancels authorization for the first device.<\/em><\/p>\n

        How do I scan a QR Code on my mobile device?<\/span><\/h2>\n

        You only need to scan a QR code when you set up Okta Verify on a new mobile device.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Using the camera on your mobile device, focus the camera on the QR code. The mobile device will scan the code and your account will be set up.<\/span><\/p>\n

        How do I change mobile devices?<\/span><\/h2>\n

        To change devices, download Okta Verify onto your new device, and sign in to the Workday Resource Center on a computer. Click on your username in the top menu, and select\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

        On this page, click\u00a0Edit Profile,<\/strong>\u00a0enter your password and (if enabled) a second factor. Then in the\u00a0Extra Verification<\/strong>\u00a0section, click\u00a0Remove<\/strong>\u00a0next to the Okta Verify mobile app. A warning message will alert you that you will be reconfiguring your Multi-Factor Authentication. Click\u00a0Yes<\/strong>\u00a0to proceed.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Select\u00a0Setup<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0Extra Verification<\/strong>\u00a0section. Choose the new mobile device operating system you are using (iPhone or Android). You will then be prompted to launch the verification application on your mobile device. If you have installed Okta Verify, click\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0and a QR code will appear on the screen. Follow the steps above to scan the QR code using your mobile device camera. Then return to your mobile device to finish setup.<\/span><\/p>\n
