To activate your BCBSRI Flex Card, login into bcbsri.nationsbenefits.com\/activate and enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Use one card that holds two buckets of money to pay for everyday, over-the-counter (OTC) health products and for the services you need most.<\/p>\n

To activate your card, call 1-866-304-2138 (TTY: 711).<\/p>\n

NOTE: If you already had an OTC card, you can just keep using it for both buckets of money.<\/p>\n

Once you receive and activate your card, you can start using it online through the MyBenefits portal and the MyBenefits app and\/or in person at a participating retail location near you. When at a retail location, simply swipe your card for payment.<\/p>\n

1. Visit bcbsri.nationsbenefits.com\/activate or call 1-866-304-2138 (TTY: 711).<\/p>\n

2. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card.<\/p>\n

3. Your 12-digit member ID contains 2 letters and 10 numbers.<\/p>\n

4. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.<\/p>\n

5. Click on Activate Card Button to activate your card.<\/p>\n
