www.calendly.com Login : Log into your Calendly account<\/span><\/h2>\n

By login into Calendly at www.calendly.com, your schedule automation platform, you can do a lot of things, such stop exchanging emails back and forth to locate the ideal time.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Setting up your first event<\/span><\/h2>\n

Step 1: Create your event<\/h3>\n

You already have\u00a0default events<\/strong>\u00a0on your Calendly home page. We’ll guide you through some quick changes to make one of them work better for you.<\/p>\n

  1. On your Calendly home page, select an event
    \n(If the event isn’t the duration you want, we can change that later.<\/li>\n
  2. Select\u00a0What event is this<\/strong>, then enter a name for your event.<\/li>\n
  3. At\u00a0Location<\/strong>, select a location for the event (e.g. enter your address or select an online meeting).<\/li>\n
  4. Select\u00a0Save and Close.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Select\u00a0When can people book this event, then change<\/strong>:\n

    1. the duration.<\/li>\n
    2. how far into the future guests can book with you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. (optional) On the calendar, block off any additional times when you’re not available. (We already block times marked as busy in the calendar you connected to Calendly.)<\/li>\n
    4. Select\u00a0Save and Close.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Step 2: Preview what your guests will see<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

      Check out what time slots your guests will see when they book time for this event.<\/p>\n

      1. At the upper right corner of the event type page, select\u00a0View live page<\/strong>.Tip<\/strong>: you can also see your scheduling site that shows all your events you offer. From your dashboard, select the link just below your name at the upper left side of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Step 3: Share your event<\/h3>\n

        Now share your link so others can book time with you.<\/p>\n

        To share your personal scheduling site where guests can choose times:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. On\u00a0your dashboard, select\u00a0Share<\/strong>, then\u00a0Copy link<\/strong>. Then you can\u00a0paste the link into an email or text message.<\/li>\n
        2. Send the link to another person.Tip<\/strong>: send your link to yourself to see what others will see.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To send times in an email:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. On your Calendly dashboard, select\u00a0Share<\/strong>,\u00a0then\u00a0Add times to email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          2. From your calendar, select days and times to add to your email. Select Continue when finished.<\/li>\n
          3. You will see a visual of what will be pasted into your email. Select\u00a0Copy times to clipboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          4. Now you can paste these times into your email body.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Using Calendly for Chrome<\/span><\/h2>\n
