          1. When you launch MGM+ on your Roku (mgmplus.com Activate) you will be prompted to activate the application if you are subscribed and wish to watch movies or shows.<\/p>\n

          2. You can select Activate from the start up screen or it will automatically appear the first time you press watch on any content page.<\/p>\n

          3. On the screen, you will see a code with instructions on what steps to take<\/p>\n

          4. Follow these steps but remain on the activation page until setup is complete<\/p>\n

          5. You must remain on the activation screen on your Roku and page in your web browser throughout the entire activation process<\/p>\n

          If the issue persists please try restarting your Roku and if you are still having issues with activation, please remove then reinstall the MGM+ app and try again<\/p>\n

          When you launch MGM+ on your Apple TV you will be prompted to subscribe. In order to watch, you must activate your app.<\/p>\n

          To do that, select \u201cActivate\u201d and follow the instructions on your TV screen.<\/p>\n

          You must remain on the activation page throughout the entire activation process. If the issue persists please try restarting your Apple TV and if you are still having issues with activation, please remove then reinstall the MGM+ app and try again.<\/p>\n

          While programming is playing, swipe down on the touchpad area of the remote and you will see an option to enable or disable the closed captions.<\/p>\n

          MGM+ supports tvOS 14.1 or above, and Apple TV HD (4th generation) devices or later.<\/p>\n

          Please ensure that both the Chromecast and your phone or tablet are on the same network. Once you launch your MGM+ app on your device, you will see the cast icon on the top of the screen. Simply tap on the cast icon to send your video to the Chromecast and larger screen.<\/p>\n

          You are able to control the play and pause functionality through the EPIX NOW app on your smart device.<\/p>\n

          On your device while casting, simply tap on the CC button and enable or disable your captions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          How do I stream MGM+ on MGM+ Cast?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

          Confirm your phone and the device you are trying to cast to are connected to the same network. Tap play on any content \u2013 you will be prompted with an option to view the programming on your phone as well as given the option to cast the programming to a larger screen available. Select the connected TV or device you want from the list and it will begin to play on the larger screen. Control playback with your phone via the MGM+ app.<\/p>\n

          Can I watch MGM+ when I am not connected to the Internet or my mobile network?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

          When you are connected to the Internet on your smartphone or tablet, you have the ability to download movies and shows so that they are stored locally to your device. Once the videos are downloaded you can watch those videos when you are offline.<\/p>\n

          Please note that downloading movies in the MGM+ app is only available in the United States and its territories.<\/p>\n

          You can find your downloaded content in the \u201cDownloads\u201d section of the MGM+ app menu.<\/p>\n

          When there is no internet connection available the MGM+ app will automatically open to the Downloads screen.<\/p>\n

          The downloaded content will stay on your device for 30 days. Once you start watching the programming, you will have 7 days to complete viewing. Once those 7 days are over, the content will automatically be removed from your downloads.<\/p>\n

          \n

          What is the quality of downloaded content? Can I get titles in HD? SD?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

          On iOS devices you are able to download content in HD as well as SD. HD files are larger, so they will take up more of your storage. Files are downloaded in SD by default. If you would like titles on iOS to be dowloaded in HD, you must toggle on this setting by clicking the gear in the upper right corner from the main screen, tap \u2018Offline Viewing\u2019 and then toggle on \u2018Download as HD\u2019.<\/p>\n
