Cards<\/span><\/h2>\n

The my cards screen allows you to view all details related to your benefit debit card(s); you may also access the four-digit PIN associated with your card on , the my cards screen displays the cardholder, last four digits of the card number, the card status, and whether the card is associated with a dependent. Tap any individual card on the screen to access the card details<\/p>\n

\u2022 View PIN<\/h3>\n

If you tap the view PIN button, an image of the four-digit PIN associated with the selected card displays. You can use this PIN when a card transaction is processed as a debit at the point-of-sale (instead of as a credit, with a signature).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mark as lost\/stolen<\/h3>\n

If your card has been lost or stolen, notify your plan administrator by tapping the lost\/stolen button from the my cards details screen. You can choose whether you would like to have a new card issued. If your card is marked as lost\/stolen, the card status changes accordingly on the my cards main screen. Additionally, you can use this section of the app to mark a card lost\/stolen or request a new card.<\/p>\n

mymedicare flexaccount.com Activate Card :<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Visit the page https:\/\/mybenefits.nationsbenefits.com\/activate<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card.<\/p>\n

3. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.<\/p>\n

4. Finally Click on the Activate Card Button.<\/p>\n

5. If you need assistance please <\/span>Call 866-413-2582\u00a0(TTY: 711)<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

You will automatically receive two debit cards, both in your name. Your spouse or dependent should sign the back of the card prior to using the card. Additional or replacement cards can be requested by sending an email to mbscs@medcost.com.<\/p>\n

Please provide your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and alternate member number. You also may contact our Customer Service Department at the number shown on your health plan ID card.<\/p>\n

The first two cards are free. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional or replacement card, which will be debited from your flex account.<\/p>\n

Once you sign up for the program and make your election during your employer\u2019s enrollment process, you don\u2019t need to take any further action. Your employer will notify MedCost of any new members to the flexible spending program who need a flex debit card. Once we are notified, we will order cards for the new members, based on the enrollment information received from the employer. You should automatically receive your flex debit card in the mail around the beginning of your plan year, but the timing of receipt is dependent on the date we receive your enrollment information.<\/p>\n

What can I use my debit card for? <\/span><\/h2>\n

A: You can use your debit card at the doctor\u2019s office, pharmacy, and hospital for eligible health care expenses, such as co-pays, deductibles, certain over-the-counter drugs, and other out-of-pocket expenses. Eligible health care expenses are based on Section 213 (d) of the IRS Code.
