You must spend your allowance each quarter. Order your own grocery card to shop in stores, or order groceries online through your NationsBenefits\u00ae member portal, by phone, or by mail.<\/p>\n<p>Your grocery card will reload on the first day of the month. When at a retail location, simply swipe your card for payment.<\/p>\n<p>1. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card<\/p>\n<p>3. Your 12-digit member ID contains 2 letters and 10 numbers<\/p>\n<p>4. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment<\/p>\n<p>5. Click on Activate Card Button to activate your card<\/p>\n<p>If you had a Benefit Card (Grocery and Rewards) in 2022, you will be receiving a NEW Prepaid Flex Card by January 14, 2023. The new card will arrive in an unmarked envelope for your protection with instructions on how to activate it.
