If you have an Apple\u00ae ID or a Google\u00ae Account for Peloton , you can use the Sign in with Apple\u00ae or Sign in with Google\u00ae options at auth.onepeloton.com\/code, on the Peloton iOS and Android App, to create an account.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Using either of these sign-in methods is optional, and is not required to use Peloton. This is simply another way to create an account and sign in.<\/p>\n

CREATING A NEW PELOTON ACCOUNT WITH APPLE\u00ae OR GOOGLE\u00ae<\/span><\/h2>\n

As long as your Apple\u00ae ID or Google\u00ae Account email address is not already associated with a pre-existing Peloton account, follow these steps to create your account:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open the Peloton App.<\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cContinue with Apple\u00ae\u201d or \u201cContinue with Google\u00ae\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Then, Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae will prompt you with steps on how to log in to Peloton.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once completed, a new Peloton account will automatically be created for you.<\/p>\n

    SIGN INTO PELOTON WITH A QR CODE<\/span><\/h2>\n

    On selected platforms, you will now be presented with a QR code on the login screen. To login to your Peloton Account, simply use your mobile device\u2019s camera to scan the QR code on the Peloton supported platform you are logging into. This will open the Peloton App on your phone if it has already been downloaded, or a new webpage on your mobile browser.<\/p>\n

    After that, enter your username and password, or use your Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae credentials to log in. Screen prompts will appear if you opt to sign in using an Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae account.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Note: Currently, the QR code login process is not supported by Web TV or FIRE TV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      To begin the updated QR code login process, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Open the Peloton App on your platform of choice<\/li>\n
      2. You will now see two options to log in. You can log in normally using your Peloton username and password, or scan the QR code shown on the left hand side (supported on the Bike, Bike+, Guide, Android\u00ae TV, and Apple\u00ae TV)<\/li>\n
      3. Use the camera on your mobile device to scan the QR code<\/li>\n
      4. Once the QR code is picked up by your mobile device, it will be highlighted and you can tap the link<\/li>\n
      5. If you\u2019re logged into the Peloton App already, your device will automatically open the app and ask you to \u201cconfirm\u201d that you\u2019d like to log in.<\/li>\n
      6. If you\u2019re not logged into the Peloton App, you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in using Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae as well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        You have now successfully logged into your Peloton Account using the QR Code.<\/p>\n

        LINKING YOUR APPLE\u00ae ID OR GOOGLE\u00ae ACCOUNT TO YOUR EXISTING PELOTON ACCOUNT<\/h3>\n

        This feature is not yet supported. Only new Peloton accounts can be created with the Sign in with Apple\u00ae or Sign in with Google\u00ae options.<\/p>\n

        FAQS<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Where are the Sign in with Apple\u00ae & Sign in with Google\u00ae options available?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        As of today, the Sign in with Apple\u00ae and Sign in with Google\u00ae options are currently available for new Peloton Members only on the Peloton iOS & Android\u00ae App. This update will slowly become available on other Peloton-connected fitness devices and apps subsequently. At this time, linking your Apple\u00ae ID or Google\u00ae Account to an existing Peloton Account is not yet supported.<\/p>\n

        If I used Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae to sign in previously, what do I do when a Peloton-connected fitness product, the Peloton App, or the Website does not have the Sign in with Apple\u00ae and Sign in with Google\u00ae options?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Please use the email address and password associated with your Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae account that you have previously used to log in to a Peloton-connected fitness product, the Peloton App, or the Website. Additionally, if a QR code is present on your login screen, you can scan the code using your mobile device\u2019s camera and follow instructions to login.<\/p>\n

        How do I set a password for my Peloton account if I previously used Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae to sign in?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        There are two ways to set a password for your Peloton account if you choose to sign in using your Apple\u00ae ID or Google\u00ae Account:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. After creating a Peloton account with Google\u00ae or with Apple\u00ae, you will receive an email with the title \u201cCreate a Peloton Password\u201d notifying you to set a password for your Peloton account. Please follow the instructions in the email to create a password for your Peloton account.<\/li>\n
        2. You can also set a password by using the \u201cForgot Password\u201d link. Enter the Apple\u00ae or Google\u00ae email address you used when you originally selected either the Sign in with Apple\u00ae or Sign in with Google\u00ae option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Note: If you used the Apple\u00ae feature \u201cHide My Email\u201d, you will have to enter the hidden email to reset the password.<\/p>\n

          How do I retrieve the hidden email address shared by Apple\u00ae with Peloton?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          You can retrieve the hidden email address (relay address) corresponding to your Peloton account by following these steps:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Go to your iPhone.<\/li>\n
          2. Open \u201cSettings.\u201d<\/li>\n
          3. Tap on your Apple\u00ae ID profile at the top<\/li>\n
          4. Tap on \u201cPassword & Security.<\/li>\n
          5. Tap on \u201cApps Using Apple\u00ae ID.<\/li>\n
          6. Go to the \u201cPeloton App\u201d and copy the email from \u201cHide My Email.\u201d (Example: \u201cxyz@privaterelay.appleid.com\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            What happens if I don\u2019t remember my Apple\u00ae ID or Google\u00ae password?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

            You will have to recover your Google\u00ae or Apple\u00ae passwords as instructed by Google\u00ae Support and Apple\u00ae Support respectively.<\/p>\n

            What Content Can I Access Without a Membership?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

            If you choose to cancel or not activate your All-Access Membership,\u00a0you will no longer have access to our extensive workout library and live classes.<\/p>\n

            However, without a Membership, you will continue to have access to:<\/p>\n

            • 2 pre-recorded classes.<\/li>\n
            • The Just Ride feature.<\/li>\n
            • The Just Run feature (including Just Walk).<\/li>\n
            • The Just Row feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Once you navigate to the activation screen of your Peloton Product, you will have the option to select one of the above features. Please see the outlined text below for the location of where these options will be on your Peloton Product’s activation screen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

              PELOTON APP USERS WITHOUT AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP<\/span><\/h2>\n

              For our Members who use the Peloton App without an active Membership, you will now have access to:<\/p>\n

              • 5 pre-recorded sample classes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                These 5 classes will be refreshed every two months and can be taken as many times as you’d like. Completion of these 5 classes will also be shown in your Peloton Member Profile. Pre-recorded sample classes are accessible to Members using the Peloton App for iOS\u00ae and Android\u00ae.<\/p>\n
