When you receive your HealthSun Flexible Benefit card \u2013 activate it by login into healthsun.nationsbenefits.com\/activate by entering the 16 digit Benefits card number.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

HealthSun Health Plans is an HMO plan with a Medicare Contract and a Medicaid contract with the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Enrollment in HealthSun Health Plans depends on contract renewal. Every year, Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. Star rating is for contract years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.<\/p>\n

Once you receive and activate your card, you can start using it online through the MyBenefits portal and the MyBenefits app and\/or in person at a participating retail location near you. When at a retail location, simply swipe your card for payment.<\/p>\n

1. Visit healthsun.nationsbenefits.com<\/a> or call 833-689-5169<\/u>\u00a0(TTY: 711)<\/u><\/p>\n

2. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card.<\/p>\n

3. Your 12-digit member ID contains 2 letters and 10 numbers.<\/p>\n

4. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.<\/p>\n

5. Click on Activate Card Button to activate your card.<\/p>\n
