Home to entertainment streaming service, BINGE, and multi-sport streaming service, Kayo Sports.<\/p>\n

It is a streaming tech business that designed and built the leading digital customer experience platform that Kayo is housed on.<\/p>\n

Streamotion also operates international streaming services, WatchAFL and WatchNRL. These services are available to Aussies living abroad or away on holiday and don\u2019t want to miss a game.<\/p>\n

When you sign up to Kayo Sports or Binge, you automatically become a Streamotion customer. Your account details are stored at a Streamotion level, not a specific product level. Therefore, your Kayo Sports or Binge subscription is linked to Streamotion.<\/p>\n

Every now and then you may receive an error message whilst\u00a0trying to use Kayo.<\/p>\n

In the event you do experience one of these, to help you get back watching, we\u2019ve created a list of these messages, what they mean and the best way to resolve them.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/b>\u00a0If you are using a computer, the easiest way to search for your error message is by using the ‘search within article’ box at the bottom of the page. If you are using a mobile device, simply scroll down through the errors to find it, they are in alphabetical order for your ease.<\/p>\n

Access Denied<\/b><\/td>\nThis is normally caused by a VPN being used on your network or device or you being outside of Australia. It can also be due to using an incompatible device or browser.<\/td>\n\n

  1. If you\u2019re using a VPN, you\u2019ll need to disable it to get back in the game: Take a look\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0to find out how to do so!
    \nNote<\/b>: Depending on your VPN provider, you may need to whitelist Kayo from your VPN by contacting your provider<\/li>\n
  2. If you’re outside Australia, due to licensing rights with our global partners, you have to be in Australia to watch sports on Kayo.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure that you’re using one of our\u00a0compatible devices or browsers<\/u><\/li>\n
  4. Give your device a reboot<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

      Authentication Error<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

      For security purposes our reset password link will expire after 3 days, if this is the case:<\/p>\n

      1. Please request a new password reset email\u00a0here<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password, select \u2018Forgot password\u2019 beneath the Sign In button\u00a0here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        If you have requested multiple reset password links, all previous links will expire automatically even if less than 3 days old. If this is the case:<\/p>\n
