Please note that Sutton Bank cannot assist you in linking your Cash App card or account to another card, account or app.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sutton Bank issues the Cash Card. Sutton Bank does not issue or support Square Cash App, which is a product of Square, Inc. If funds are available, your Cash Card account is loaded with funds from your Cash App when you use your card in making purchases or ATM withdrawals. At all other times, your Cash Card account has a zero ($0) balance.<\/p>\n<p>Your Cash App transaction history is\u00a0NOT\u00a0accessible through our Online Banking service, as your Cash App account is not held with Sutton Bank.\u00a0All information pertaining to your account, as well as balance and other functionality you need is available through your Cash App.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that Sutton Bank cannot assist you in linking your Cash App card or account to another card, account or app. Please contact Cash App support for assistance. This functionality may also be available through your app, but it is not possible to enroll in Sutton Bank&#8217;s online banking.<\/p>\n<p>Your Cash Card cannot be connected to Zelle at this time as Cash App is not a part of the Zelle network.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">PROVIDERS CARD<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sutton Bank does not provide customer support for your Providers Card. To request your Card, follow the directions provided by Robinhood via the App or online.<\/p>\n<p>2. You should receive your Virtual Card soon after you request one once you follow the instructions on the App or online.<\/p>\n<p>3. You should be able to use your Virtual Card as soon as you receive it.<\/p>\n<p>4. If you request a Physical Card, you should receive it five to seven days or more after we receive your request.<\/p>\n<p>5. Each time you use the Card to make a purchase or withdraw cash, you direct Robinhood to move funds from your Robinhood Money Spending Account to replenish this amount.<\/p>\n<p>You may use your Card to purchase goods or services from merchants that accept the Card Network\u2019s cards, subject to your available Card Account balance and the other terms.<\/p>\n<p>Some merchants do not allow Cardholders to conduct split transactions where you would use the Card as partial payment for goods and services and pay the remainder of the balance with another form of legal tender. If you wish to conduct a split transaction and it is permitted by the merchant, you must tell the merchant to charge no more than the amount of funds available on the Card to the Card. You then must arrange to pay the difference using another payment method. Some merchants may require payment for the remaining balance in cash.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Pay at the Pump Transactions.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you use your Card at an automated fuel dispenser (\u201cpay at the pump\u201d), the merchant may pre-authorize the transaction up to a certain amount, which could exceed $75.00.
