To get the support from Ubisoft, login into support.ubisoft.com where you can get live feeds, news and known issues.\u00a0 All Ubisoft live games and new releases will support Ubisoft Connect services and loyalty program.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Ubisoft Connect is the multi-platform player services infrastructure for all Ubisoft titles. Uplay, our desktop app, and Ubisoft Club, our reward programme, are being merged into a single, streamlined experience across all platforms. It aspires to provide the optimal setting for gamers to have fun with their games and interact with one another regardless of the platform they use.<\/p>\n

All Ubisoft live games and new releases will support Ubisoft Connect services and loyalty program.<\/p>\n

On our back catalogue games, you will be able to access Ubisoft Connect services (stats, leaderboard, Smart Intel when applicable), but the challenge system is inactive. \u2022\u00a0 Run the installer file you downloaded with administrator rights<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation<\/div>\n

You can also install the launcher from the\u00a0Microsoft Store application<\/strong>\u00a0by searching for “Ubisoft Connect PC” and selecting\u00a0Install<\/em>.<\/div>\n

We recommend restarting<\/strong>\u00a0your system once the installation is complete.<\/p>\n

To re-install\u00a0<\/strong>Ubisoft Connect PC:<\/h3>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Close the launcher and back up your save files.<\/div>\n
\u2022 \u00a0Remove Ubisoft Connect PC from your system.<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Delete the launcher’s Cache folder.
