Turn off your TV for 10 seconds, then turn it back on and try Philo again. If your TV doesn\u2019t have a power button, unplug it for two minutes before trying again.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuffering\u201d occurs as a video loads before playing on your TV or other device. Depending on your internet speed and other factors, buffering may cause delays when playing your content.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re experiencing buffering issues, check the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p><b>Internet Speed<\/b>: Make sure your internet connection is fast enough to stream content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p><b>Bandwidth<\/b>: Disconnect any devices that you\u2019re not currently using, such as gaming consoles, to free up more bandwidth on your network.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p><b>VPNs or Ad Blockers<\/b>: If you have these services, disconnect them and restart your device. After 4 hours without remote activity, you may be asked if you want to keep streaming.\u00a0Click\u00a0<b>Keep streaming<\/b>\u00a0to continue playback. If you do nothing, Philo will close.<\/p>\n<p>You can click\u00a0<b>Don&#8217;t ask for this channel<\/b>\u00a0to disable the prompt for Philo.
