    You may check the balance on your Chick-fil-A gift card in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n

    • By checking your receipt. When you use a Chick-fil-A gift card to pay for a purchase, the balance will print out at the bottom of the Chick-fil-A receipt.<\/li>\n
    • By calling 1-888-232-1864 and entering the appropriate card information.<\/li>\n
    • By visiting a Chick-fil-A Restaurant that accepts Chick-fil-A gift cards and having a Team Member perform a balance inquiry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In addition, you can reload Chick-fil-A gift cards that were purchased in a Chick-fil-A restaurant.<\/p>\n

      How do I redeem rewards with a mobile order?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

      To redeem a reward when placing an order in the Chick-fil-A app, select “Rewards,” and then “My rewards.” Click “Redeem reward” and follow the prompts to add the item to your mobile order. It will be listed as \u201cfree\u201d at checkout and be redeemed automatically. You do not have to purchase any additional items to redeem a free reward. You may choose to \u201credeem later\u201d by moving the toggle on the checkout screen. If you accidentally redeem a reward, it cannot be re-added to your account.
