You must enter the McDonald&#8217;s Survey code, which is a 26-digit receipt, after accessing the company&#8217;s official website at www.mcdvoice.com.<\/p>\n<p>3. You will also need to enter the McDonald&#8217;s store number, the date and time of your visit, and the code number.<\/p>\n<p>4. Click &#8220;Submit&#8221; after entering the aforementioned information.<\/p>\n<p>5. You will be taken to the home page for the McDVOICE Survey if the information above is accurate.<\/p>\n<p>6.
