Boost can take measures to protect your active account balance as soon as you call in, and get you up and running again. Once you report to Boost Customer Care that your phone is lost or stolen, you will have 60 days to replace your phone, otherwise your account will automatically cancel and you will lose any money you had left in your account.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">What is &#8216;My Boost?&#8217;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/activate.boostmobile.com\/boostApp\/myAccount.do\">My Boost<\/a>\u00a0is a self-service tool that allows you to manage your Boost Mobile<sup class=\"rm\">\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0account. All you need to do is enter your Boost Mobile phone number and your account PIN to login. Once you have logged in you can:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"vignettes\">View your account balance and\/or payment date<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Add money to your account<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Add a credit\/debit card to set up AutoPay or make one-time payments<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Change your price plan\/remove or add features<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Change your account PIN<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Reset your voicemail password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE:\u00a0Not all &#8216;My Boost&#8217; functions are available from your phone.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">What if I forget My Boost PIN?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are several ways you can retrieve your account PIN. The fastest and easiest way is to launch the My Boost App right from your handset. (If you do not have the My Boost App on your handset you can easily download it right from the Google Play or App Store.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Open the My Boost app on your handset.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">If you are automatically logged in, you will need to log out to access the Forgot PIN link.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Once logged out, you will be brought to the log in page. Click the Forgot PIN Link.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Enter your Boost Phone Number.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">We will send you a text message with your PIN to your handset.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also have your account PIN sent to your Boost Mobile phone via a text message when using the automated phone system.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Dial 611 from your Boost Mobile phone.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Confirm that you&#8217;re calling about your Boost phone number, and you\u2019ll then hear the automated system\u2019s Main Menu.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">From the Main Menu, choose \u201cTo locate a store, or Anything Else, press 5\u201d.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">At the next menu, choose \u201cForgot your PIN and want to have it sent to you, press 5\u201d.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">The automated phone system will send your PIN to your handset via a text message.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">You will hear a confirmation message that says, \u201cYou will receive a free text message shortly with the account PIN that we have on file for you.\u201d<\/li>\n<li class=\"vignettes\">Hang up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Boost Mobile Activate New SIM Card<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Steps to activate on your Android phone<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>From the home screen, tap the\u00a0<strong>Phone<\/strong> icon<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The device must be in a Boost Mobile coverage area to complete the programming and activation process. If you have an iPhone, your APN settings will be automatically updated.
