other countries pay for prescription drugs<\/li>\n<li><strong>5-7 million<\/strong>\u00a0Medicare beneficiaries could see their prescription drug costs go down because of the provision allowing Medicare to negotiate prescription drug costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>50 million<\/strong>\u00a0Americans with Medicare Part D will have the peace of mind knowing their costs at the pharmacy are capped at<strong>\u00a0$2,000\u00a0<\/strong>per year, directly benefiting about\u00a0<strong>1.4 million\u00a0<\/strong>beneficiaries each year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3.3 million<\/strong>\u00a0Medicare
