To login into your EVERFI account, go to https:\/\/platform.everfi.net\/login<\/a> and enter your email id or Username and password given at the time of Sign Up process.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

How do I log in?<\/span><\/h2>\n

To log back in to your course,\u00a0first\u00a0<\/em>determine which platform your course is using. The steps vary for each platform<\/p>\n

There are two main platforms: Homeroom and Foundry<\/p>\n

Once you identify your course platform, locate the platform name below and follow the steps beneath it<\/p>\n

Homeroom<\/strong><\/h3>\n

College \/ Higher Education students:\u00a0\u00a0If you were directed\u00a0to access your course via your school portal (SSO), please find your instructions on the\u00a0SSO list. You should not use the instructions below.<\/p>\n

For K-12 Teachers and students NOT using Single Sign-On\u00a0via Clever:\u00a0To log back in go to:\u00a0www.everfi.com\/login<\/strong><\/a>. If you forgot your password, click on the\u00a0Forgot Password?<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/p>\n

\"\"Foundry<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For Foundry users, the URL for your log in page will vary depending on your organization. It will look like the picture below. However, to locate the correct log in page please refer to your invitation email for the course. The invitation email will include a direct link to your log in page.<\/p>\n

Make sure to check your Spam or Junk email folder if you cannot find your invitation email. If you still cannot find your invitation email ask your teacher or staff to send you a password reset email which will take you to your course.<\/p>\n

For easy access, you may want to bookmark the log in page to your internet browser.<\/p>\n

I’m receiving a blank screen or error when attempting to start my course<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

This article applies to the\u00a0Homeroom<\/u> course platform only.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

After signing in to your student or learner dashboard and clicking on the blue \u201cGet Started\u201d or \u201cContinue\u201d button, some students have encountered a white or blank screen or an error message such as\u00a0“something went wrong if you are the application owner check the logs for more information.”<\/p>\n

\nThis can happen for a few reasons:<\/p>\n

1.<\/b>\u00a0Sometimes switching display languages can cause issues. If you have changed your display language, try changing it back to English then refreshing the page.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0<\/b>If you are using an extension such as Avira Browser Safety you may encounter issues in the course. Please disable this extension to avoid the white screen issue.<\/p>\n

3.<\/b>\u00a0If you see a cookie icon with a red X (near the star icon) in the top right of your address bar, you may be blocking third-party cookies and site data, which blocks media from EVERFI courses.<\/p>\n

Please follow the steps below to enable third-party cookies and site data.<\/p>\n

Chrome<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.<\/li>\n
  2. At the top right, click More\u00a0\"More\"\u00a0\"and\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. At the bottom, click\u00a0Advanced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Under “Privacy and security,” click\u00a0Site settings<\/strong>\u00a0\"and\u00a0Cookies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Next to “Block,” “Clear on exit,” or “Allow,” select\u00a0Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter the web address.\n
      \n
    • To create an exception for an entire domain, insert\u00a0[*.]<\/code>\u00a0before the domain name. For example,\u00a0[*.]google.com<\/code>\u00a0will match\u00a0drive.google.com<\/code>\u00a0and\u00a0calendar.google.com<\/code>.<\/li>\n

      To remove an exception you don’t want any more, to the right of the website, click More\u00a0\"More\"\u00a0\"and\u00a0Remove<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Firefox<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
      2. Select Options.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Privacy & Security.<\/li>\n
      4. Set “Firefox will:” to Use custom settings for history.<\/li>\n
      5. Check the box next to “Accept cookies and site data from websites” to enable cookies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Internet Explorer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button.<\/li>\n
        2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the Privacy tab<\/li>\n
        4. Click on the Advanced button to open Advanced Privacy Settings. Here, check the Accept Third-party Cookies box. IE by default accepts third-party cookies<\/li>\n
