If you are an existing NYCHA user, enter your User Name and your password and then click the Login button at selfserve.nycha.info Portal. If you haven\u2019t created an account, please click the Register button and complete the registration process.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The NYCHA Self-Service Portal allows NYCHA applicants, Section 8 tenants, and Section 8 owners to view their information and complete certain transactions online. Here’s what you need to know:<\/p>\n

    • Tenants:<\/strong> View lease and payment information, make rent payments, and submit repair requests.<\/li>\n
    • Owners:<\/strong> View property and tenant information, submit documents, and communicate with NYCHA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You can now schedule an appointment at one of NYCHA’s recently reopened Customer Contact Center (CCC) Walk-In Centers for a time that is convenient for you. To make an appointment, visit\u00a0on.nyc.gov\/nycha-ccc-appt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

      NYCHA’s Resident Employment Services (RES) Department provides an array of educational and vocational services for NYCHA residents. RES Staff will provide you with an overview of available services, which include referrals for employment, training, GED and ESL classes, apprenticeships, business development, resume workshops, etc. If you are interested in participating, you will be assigned a specialist who will assist you in achieving your goals.
