Ezoo Activate Wristband : Wristband Activation and Top-Up – Electric Zoo<\/span><\/h2>\n

To activate your Ezoo Wristband, click “Register” you will be sent an activation email. Make sure to click the “Activate” button in that email to complete your registration. Once your account is activated, simply log in to your account to link your wristband. The final step is to “top-up” and add funds.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

DO NOT<\/strong>\u00a0put on your wristband until the day of the festival. This is very important. Once the wristband is on, you won\u2019t be able to remove it, as it locks instantly.<\/p>\n

Only your festival wristband will grant you entrance to Electric Zoo. Have your wristband comfortably on your right wrist upon arrival. You\u2019ll be required to scan your wristband at the entrance to access the grounds.<\/p>\n

If you ordered your festival passes before August 18th, your wristband will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Once you receive your wristband, simply\u00a0activate it and Top-Up\u00a0to be ready for Electric Zoo 3.0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you order your festival passes on or later than August 18th, you\u2019ll be able to swap your e-ticket for your wristband at the Will Call desk* near the festival entrance.<\/p>\n

* You must bring your printed purchase confirmation to receive your wristband at Will Call.<\/em><\/p>\n

Why should I register my wristband?<\/span><\/h2>\n

By registering your wristband and creating a cashless account, you will be able to top-up online before you arrive to the event. A registered account also allows you to easily track your spending through e-receipts of all transactions, access to real-time balance information, and the ability to freeze your account if your wristband is ever lost or stolen.<\/p>\n

How do I register my wristband?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The first step is to click the “Register” button located on the top of this page and enter your personal details into the Registration Form. After you fill out your details and click “Register” you will be sent an activation email. Make sure to click the “Activate” button in that email to complete your registration. Once your account is activated, simply log in to your account to link your wristband. The final step is to “top-up” and add funds.<\/p>\n

Ezoo Activate Wristband :<\/span><\/h2>\n

Electric Zoo is 100% cashless. Food, beverage, merchandise, and anything that can be purchased on-site must be purchased using your wristband. Everything is priced in US dollars.<\/p>\n

In order to validate your wristband, you must first watch a public service announcement video. After the video has ended you will be asked to provide the 6-digit code on the back of the wristband, directly below the barcode. Once you have submitted this information, your wristband will be validated.<\/p>\n
