    You can check your current balance anytime by accessing the complimentary Cardholder Support Web site at mycard.adp.com. You can also check your balance by calling Cardholder Services at 1-877-ADP-4321* or at an ATM*.<\/p>\n

    How long does it take to activate ADP card?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Allow up to three weeks after card activation for your pay to begin to be loaded onto your new ALINE Card. To validate that your pay has been added to your new Card, visit the cardholder website at mycard.adp.com and log into your account or call 1.877.<\/p>\n

    How do I access myWisely account?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Go to myWisely.com and log in. If you do not currently have a myWisely\u00ae\ufe0f account, you may register at any time by creating a username and password. On future visits, only your username and password will be required.<\/p>\n

    Why can’t I activate my money network card?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Before going any further, please note that you will NOT be able to activate your Money Network card until 2-DAYS BEFORE your first payday. If you are within that 2-DAY window and still having issues, please contact OnStaff USA @ 269.385. 6292 to verify that you have the correct card.<\/p>\n
