If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on Amazon website.<\/p>\n

To reset your password:<\/h3>\n<\/section>\n

1. Go to Password assistance<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. When prompted, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Amazon account and select Continue<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Amazon will send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you’ve chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.<\/div>\n

4. Enter the OTP you received and select Continue<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Create a new password.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

6. As soon as you’ve created a new password, it’s active. Your new password is for all Amazon-related accounts associated with the same email address.<\/p>\n
