You can now have many of the functionalities that were available only at a branch office, online at your fingertips.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tab\"><b>In case you are unable to login &amp; pay premium through New e-Services Portal (Registered User option), you are requested to access Old Customer Portal or PayDirect (old)<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Registrationfore-Services\" title=\"This document is available in Hindi language.\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><u><strong>Process for Registration on Portal<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"Li1\"><b>For registration for Online Services on Portal, keep the following ready:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Policy numbers on your own life &amp; on the life of your minor children<\/li>\n<li>Instalment premiums under these policies (without service tax\/GST)<\/li>\n<li>Scanned image of PAN Card or Passport, with file size less than 100 KB<\/li>\n<li>The scanned image should be preferably in .jpg or .jpeg format. However, images with the following formats can also be uploaded :<\/li>\n<li>.bmp, .png, gif, .tiff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Visit www.licindia.in and Click on \u201cCustomer Portal\u201d<\/li>\n<li>If you have not registered earlier for Customer Portal, click on \u201cNew user\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Provide the following details:\n<ul>\n<li>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.licindia.in\/\">www.licindia.in<\/a>, click on the tab \u201cnew User\u201d, select your own user-id and password and provide all the necessary information. Now you are a registered Portal user.<\/li>\n<li>For availing e-Services, click on the tab \u201ce-Services\u201d, login with the user-id created and register your policies for availing the e-services by filling up the form provided.<\/li>\n<li>Print the form, sign it and upload the scanned image of the form.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the scanned image of PAN Card or Aadhaar Card or Passport.<\/li>\n<li>After verification by our offices, an acknowledgement e-mail and SMS will be sent to you. Now you are ready to avail our e-services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on Submit button<\/li>\n<li>In the next screen, you will be required to choose the user id and password of your choice and submit.<\/li>\n<li>Login through this newly created user id and click on the option of \u2018Basic Services\u2019 \uf0e0\u201cAdd Policy\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Enrol all your remaining policies. (as mentioned in point no.1).<\/li>\n<li>Thereafter, follow the 3 step process for registration for Premier Services, as per points 12 to 26 below.<br \/>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b><u>Registration for Premier Services:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>If you are already a registered user, login with your user-id and password for LIC-Portal.<\/li>\n<li>Follow simple 3 step process-Registration, Printing and Uploading of documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b><u>Step 1\u2014Filling up Registration Form<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Basic details including Date of Birth, mobile no, e-mail id provided at the time of registering as a Portal user will be automatically incorporated in the registration form.<\/li>\n<li>Provide PAN Card or Passport details.<\/li>\n<li>All the eligible policy numbers enrolled (policies on own life and on the lives of minor children) will be displayed at this stage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>For policies on the life of spouse, separate registration will be required to be done by him\/her.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><u><b>Step 2 \u2013 Print Form<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on Print\/Save form and print the registration form.<\/li>\n<li>Check the details of the registration form and sign it.<\/li>\n<li>Create a scanned image of the signed form and any one of the KYC documents (PAN or Passport)<\/li>\n<li>The file size of the scanned image should be maximum 100 KB.<\/li>\n<li>The scanned image should be created in any one of the following formats: .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3366 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ebiz.licindia.in_.jpg\" alt=\"ebiz.licindia.in\" width=\"468\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><u><b>Step 3 \u2013 Upload Form \/Check status<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Upload the scanned image of the registration form through the option provided.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the scanned image of PAN Card or Passport.<\/li>\n<li>After the documents are uploaded, click on submit the request.<\/li>\n<li>An acknowledgement SMS and e-mail will be sent to the mobile\/e-mail id provided in the registration form.<\/li>\n<li>This request will be sent for verification to our Customer Zone.<\/li>\n<li>After verification by our Customer Zone Official (within 3 working days from the date of registration), an acknowledgement e-mail and SMS will be sent to you. \u201c<\/li>\n<li>Now you are ready to avail our Premier Services.\u201d\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><u><b>Services activated after validation of request:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Following Services will be activated only after your request for e-Services is validated by the Czee Official:\n<ul>\n<li>1. Policy and Proposal images<\/li>\n<li>2. Claim history<\/li>\n<li>3. Service Request Registration for Online Loan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Online payment facilities<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Facility provided to pay renewal premium due, loan-interest due and repayment of loan through:<br \/>\nNet Banking<br \/>\nDebit Card<br \/>\nCredit Card<br \/>\nBHIM<br \/>\nUPI<\/li>\n<li>Renewal premium can be paid for all in force policies, excluding policies under Salary Saving Scheme &amp; policies registered for premium payment through NACH. Payment of premium is allowed from1 month prior to the due date till the policy is in force.<\/li>\n<li>Loan interest cannot be paid under VPBY and PMVVY plan policies.<\/li>\n<li>Debit cards allowed are VISA, Master and Rupay.<\/li>\n<li>Credit cards allowed are VISA, Master and Amex.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Policy schedule<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>First page of policy bond which constitutes policy schedule, will be displayed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Policystatus\"><b>Policy status<\/b><br \/>\nBasic details of policy will be displayed such as Plan-Term, Sum Assured, Date of Commencement, First unpaid premium etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Bonusstatus\"><b>Bonus status<\/b><br \/>\nTotal bonus accumulated under the policy will be displayed. This bonus is payable only at the time of final payment under the policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Loanstatus\"><b>Loan status<\/b><br \/>\nPresent loan position will be displayed such as total loan outstanding under the policy, due up to which loan interest paid etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Claimsstatus\"><b>Claims status<\/b><br \/>\nThis option will display date of Survival Benefit (if any) or Maturity Benefit due under the policy during the policy term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"RevivalQuotation\"><b>Revival Quotation<\/b><br \/>\nRevival quotation will be provided in case of lapsed policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Premiumduecalendar\"><b>Premium due calendar<\/b><br \/>\nDetails of premiums due during the year (month wise) will be displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Premiumpaidcertificate\"><b>Premium paid certificate :<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Individual policy \u2013<\/b>\u00a0It provides history of premiums paid under a single policy during the financial year. (available for 3 fin. years including the current fin. year.)<\/li>\n<li><b>Consolidated &#8212;<\/b>\u00a0It provides history of premiums paid under all the registered own life policies of the user, (excluding spouse and children policies) during the financial year. (available for 3 fin. years including the current fin. year.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"Claimhistory\"><b>Claim history<\/b><br \/>\nThis option will provide details of any claim paid under the policy with NEFT\/cheque details, date of payment and amount of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"PolicyBondProposalformimage\"><b>Policy Bond\/Proposal form image<\/b><br \/>\nScanned image of policy bond as well as proposal form will be displayed for enrolled policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Grievanceregistration\"><b>Grievance registration<\/b><br \/>\nFacility to register a complaint\/grievance with the insurer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"Processofvariousservicesandonlineforms\"><b>Process of various services and online forms:<\/b><br \/>\nClaims Under Regular Life Insurance Policies Death Claims:<br \/>\nThe person legally entitled to receive the policy monies should give intimation of death of the policyholder to the servicing Branch. The requirement for the claim are as given below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Claim Form &#8216;A&#8217; in Form No.3783. If policy has run for 3 years or more from date or risk, claim form no.3783A may be used<\/li>\n<li>Certified extract from death register.<\/li>\n<li>The original policy document with Deed\/s of assignment\/s, if any. (Additional requirement may be required under a policy according to the status of the policy.
