Games are listed as\u00a0Unavailable\u00a0<\/strong>or not visible<\/strong>\u00a0on the Epic Games Store for one of two reasons:<\/p>\n

  1. Your account already owns the content that’s included in the product. For example, if you purchase Borderlands 3 Standard Edition, you won\u2019t be able to purchase the Deluxe or Super Deluxe Edition. If you’re unable to purchase an upgrade to a different version of the game, you can request a refund on your account. If you’re eligible for a refund and once it is processed, you’ll be able to purchase another version of the game.<\/li>\n
