You will see a message indicating you are watching on too many devices if our systems register that you are logged in with the same credentials on more devices than we allow.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Zeus Network Not Working :<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 data-unsp-sanitized=\"clean\">Apps: iOS (iPhone &amp; iPad), Apple TV, Android, Roku<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Logout of the app and log back in.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-us\/HT201330\" data-unsp-sanitized=\"clean\">Close the app<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/help.apple.com\/iphone\/9\/#\/iph1b489c85f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-unsp-sanitized=\"clean\">turn off the Wi-Fi<\/a>\u00a0on your device. Turn Wi-Fi back on and open the app.<\/li>\n<li>Restart your device and open the app.<\/li>\n<li>Check if there is an update for the app.<\/li>\n<li>Try uninstalling the app entirely and downloading it again.<\/li>\n<li>Also, if you have any internet filtering devices for your home (such as Disney Circle or Net Nanny), please turn these off as they can cause issues with video playback or connectivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-unsp-sanitized=\"clean\">Chromecast:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure your device and Chromecast are on the same wifi network.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection with a download speed of at least 500kbps.<\/li>\n<li>Unplug Chromecast and plug back in.<\/li>\n<li>Restart your wireless router or modem.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note<\/strong>: At this time, we do not support Chromecast devices that some TVs have built-in. While it may work, our player is not developed to support this and we cannot troubleshoot any issues that may arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Using the\u00a0Zeus\u00a0Amazon channel, you can view the content easily on your TV.
