Review and acknowledge the Online Banking Service Agreement and click\u00a0<b>Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>7. Create your new Online ID and Passcode and select\u00a0<b>Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>8. Select whether or not you would like us to remember the device you are using. If you are using a public computer, you should select No. Then, click\u00a0<b>Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>9. Congratulations! Select &#8220;checking&#8221; to make a withdrawal or &#8220;checking&#8221; and &#8220;balance inquiry&#8221; to check your balance<br \/>\n3. Enter amount you wish to withdraw<br \/>\n4. Take your card, cash, and receipt<\/p>\n<h3>Purchases with a signature:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Present or swipe your card.<br \/>\n2. Choose &#8220;credit.&#8221;<br \/>\n3. Sign, take your card, and receipt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>To use a chip-enabled card (new and replacement cards, only):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. Insert your card in the terminal.<br \/>\n2. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction. You may be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) or verify the transaction as you normally would. If you would like cash back from a Merchant, choose &#8220;debit&#8221; and enter your PIN, and the amount entered will be added to your purchase if your balance is sufficient. Otherwise, you may select credit.<br \/>\n3. Remove your card from the terminal once your transaction is complete.<br \/>\nIf a terminal is not chip enabled, you can swipe your card and follow instructions as prompted.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>To get cash at a Visa bank and credit union:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. Ask the teller for a &#8220;Visa Manual Cash Disbursement.&#8221;<br \/>\n2. Present your card and say how much you want from your available balance. The teller will not charge you a fee for this service.<br \/>\n3.
