Sign in to your Neo account using the app or at member.neofinancial.com.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tap the card icon tab image.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tap Activate.<\/p>\n<p>4. Enter your CVC and expiry date found on the back of your new card.<\/p>\n<p>5. Review your PIN and make your first in-store purchase with your chip and PIN to enable tap payments.<\/p>\n<p>6. To create a password, follow the steps outlined below<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the email account you used to apply, and search for the \u201cCreate your password\u201d email sent to you from Neo.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201cCreate a password\u201d button in the email.<\/li>\n<li>Correctly answer your security question which you created when you signed up.<\/li>\n<li>Create your password (and store it in a safe place!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once\u00a0you have\u00a0set a password,\u00a0you will be able to sign in to your account to begin using it.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article-title\" title=\"Setting up my PIN\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Setting up my PIN<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After your credit card application is approved and you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, you will be asked to set and confirm your PIN for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>At this stage, you will be prompted to create your unique PIN and confirm it.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article-title\" title=\"What is a virtual card and how do I use it?\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">What is a virtual card and how do I use it?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A virtual card is\u00a0a digital representation of your credit card. A virtual card\u00a0can be added to your smartphone with\u00a0Apple Pay\u00a0or\u00a0Google Pay\u2122.\u00a0You can use it to\u00a0pay in-store and online prior to activating your physical card. It\u2019s a great way to start using your account while you wait for your physical card to arrive, or if you forget your wallet at home. To pay with your\u00a0virtual\u00a0card, simply unlock your phone and hold it near the card reader (discover how to pay using\u00a0Apple Pay\u00a0or\u00a0Google Pay).<\/p>\n<p>It is important you treat your\u00a0virtual\u00a0card the same way as you would your physical card,\u00a0by keeping\u00a0it private and secure.
