How To Activate Rogers SIM Card : Activate or Change Rogers SIM Card<\/span><\/h2>\n

To activate your new Rogers SIM card, Sign in to your MyRogers<\/a> account at rogers.com. Select the phone number for which you\u2019re activating the SIM card. Enter the 20-digit old SIM card number starting with 89302 and then the 20-digit new SIM card number starting with 89302.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need both your old and new SIM card numbers. If you don\u2019t have them both, you\u2019ll need to go to a Rogers store with 2 valid pieces of identification: (a government issued ID and a photo ID).<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Turn off your phone(s).<\/li>\n
  2. Put the new SIM card in the device of your choice.\u00a0Note<\/strong>: SIM cards can be broken down to the proper size for your phone.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the phone that you need help with under the Manufacturer<\/strong>\u00a0category and then select your device.<\/li>\n
  4. Sign in to your\u00a0MyRogers<\/a>\u00a0account at rogers.com.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the phone number for which you\u2019re activating the SIM card. (Note:\u00a0<\/strong>A SIM card that came with a device upgrade can only be used for that device\u2019s phone number).<\/li>\n
  6. Scroll down and select\u00a0Show more device links\u00a0<\/strong>and then select\u00a0Change my SIM card.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Enter the 20-digit old SIM card number starting with 89302 and then the 20-digit new SIM card number starting with 89302. (Please do not enter any spaces).<\/li>\n
  8. Select\u00a0Continue.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Select\u00a0Submit.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Turn on your phone with the new SIM card. You\u2019ll see signal bars to indicate that the SIM is activated successfully.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Activating a new line<\/span><\/h2>\n

    \n

    Your SIM card is already activated – just insert it into your device to get connected. If you\u2019re bringing in your phone number from another company,\u00a0please contact@ https:\/\/rogers.com\/contact. <\/strong>Rogers will need the account number that\u2019s associated with your phone number from the previous company. It\u2019s important to keep that phone number active while we complete the process of activating a new line.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    How to find your SIM card number<\/span><\/h2>\n

    \n

    The ICCID is the identification number of your SIM card. It\u2019s a unique 20-digit number printed on your SIM card that starts with 89302.<\/p>\n

    You can also find your SIM card number in your device settings:<\/p>\n

    3. Select\u00a0About.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Scroll down until you see the ICCID number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Android:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      It\u2019s best to turn off your phone and take the SIM card out. You\u2019ll see the SIM card number on the card itself as most Android devices don\u2019t have a way to find the SIM card number using the phone\u2019s settings.<\/p>\n

      How do I reactivate my lost\/stolen phone after I find\/replace it<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      You can reactivate your found or replaced phone online through your\u00a0MyRogers<\/em>\u00a0account. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n

      1. Log in to your\u00a0MyRogers<\/a> account<\/li>\n
      2. Click on your Wireless account<\/li>\n
      3. Select\u00a0Reactivate my services<\/strong>\u00a0under the\u00a0My Device<\/strong> section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        After that, your phone will be immediately reactivated, with all the features that you had beforehand. It’s that easy!<\/p>\n
