Aqua Card Activate Login : How to activate my new Aqua card?<\/span><\/h2>\n

To activate your new Aqua card, login into portal.aquacard.co.uk\/aqua\/activate or by calling the automated service on 0800\u00a0028\u00a07777<\/a>. You’ll need your 16 digit card number or your account number.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

To activate your Aqua card, you can use the\u00a0Aqua Online Account Manager<\/strong>. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n

  1. Visit the\u00a0Aqua Online Account Manager activation page at https:\/\/portal.aquacard.co.uk\/aqua\/activate<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser.<\/li>\n
  3. Log in to your account using your credentials.<\/li>\n
  4. Follow the instructions to activate your card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can activate your Aqua credit card by calling the automated service on 0800\u00a0028\u00a07777<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0activate it online here<\/a>. Please remember to sign your new card right away.<\/p>\n

    Your PIN is sent out separately from your card so you should receive it within the next few days. If you don\u2019t, please call Customer Services on\u00a00333 220 2691<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    You can change your PIN at any cash\u00a0machine\u00a0where you see the \u2018PIN services\u2019 option. Just insert your Aqua card and follow the instructions on screen. Any PIN change comes into effect\u00a0immediately for both purchases and cash withdrawals.<\/p>\n

    Can I use my card abroad and will I be charged?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    A. Your Aqua credit card is a Mastercard, which means it\u2019s accepted in more than 36 million places and over 600,000 cashpoints around the world. Please remember that when you pay for anything in a foreign currency, depending on the type of Aqua card you have, you may incur a charge. This will be added to your purchase and will not appear separately on your statement. Please see your credit card terms and conditions for further information.<\/p>\n

    Is there a limit to the amount of cash I can withdraw?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    A. You may be able to take out up to \u00a3300 a day, depending on your credit limit. Please remember that a fee of \u00a34 or (5% of the amount, whichever is higher) will be applied to each cash transaction and interest will be charged from the date the transaction is added to your account (usually the next working day). Both of these could take you over your credit limit, so please be mindful of this and keep an eye on your balance.<\/p>\n

    Where can I access my card details?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    A. You can access your account details via our Online Account Manager and the Aqua Card app. If you haven\u2019t registered for the Online Account Manager, just click on the \u2018REGISTER\u2019 tab at the top of any page on the Aqua website. You can download the App via The App Store or Google Play.<\/p>\n
