There are two ways to sign in depending on how you get HBO Max. Make sure you’re on the correct page (https:\/\/activate.hbomax.com<\/strong>) . Choose this link: activate.hbomax.com and then enter the code from your TV.<\/p>\n

                            Verify Email Address<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
                            \n

                            Choose this option to link the account that we found to your HBO\u00a0Max subscription through your TV, internet, or mobile provider. After choosing this option, check your inbox for an email from HBO\u00a0Max with a one-time code (the subject line is ‘Here’s Your One-Time Code’). Then, enter the code from the email and choose\u00a0Link Accounts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                            If you link to an HBO\u00a0Max account you’ll keep your existing profiles (which include settings such as My List, parental controls, and Continue Watching). Your profile settings are not saved if you link to an HBO\u00a0NOW account.<\/p>\n

                            Where do I enter the code?<\/span><\/h2>\n

                            Open a browser on your phone or computer and in the\u00a0address bar<\/strong>, type\u00a0https:\/\/hbomax.com\/tvsignin<\/strong>. You should see an Enter Code page where you can enter the 6-character code from your TV (https:\/\/activate.hbomax.com).<\/p>\n

                            Code doesn’t work or is invalid<\/span><\/h2>\n

                            Try the following:<\/p>\n

                              \n
                            1. Make sure you’re on the correct page (https:\/\/activate.hbomax.com<\/strong>) in Step 3 above. Choose this link:\u00a0activate.hbomax.com\u00a0and then enter the code from your TV.<\/li>\n
                            2. Try using a different\u00a0supported browser: Chrome, FireFox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.<\/li>\n
                            3. Get a new code. To do this, go back and choose\u00a0Sign In<\/strong>\u00a0again on your TV.<\/li>\n
                            4. Try using a computer (instead of your phone). On your computer, go to\u00a0activate.hbomax.com\u00a0and then enter the code from your TV.<\/li>\n
                            5. Clear your browser data.\n
