You will receive a card if you have enrolled in one of the following programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unemployment Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Child Support Payments<\/li>\n<li>Workers\u2019 Compensation<\/li>\n<li>Housing Authorities<\/li>\n<li>Temporary Assistance to Needy Families<\/li>\n<li>State Supplement Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Crisis Intervention<\/li>\n<li>Adult Public Assistance; General Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Pension Funds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you prefer direct deposit rather than a card, contact your state agency to change this option.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How do I Activate My Key2Benefits Card?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For your security, the only way to activate your card is by calling the number on the back and following the prompts.<\/p>\n<h3>To activate your card, you will need to provide your:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Card number<\/li>\n<li>Last 4 digits of your Social Security number<\/li>\n<li>CVV, the 3-digit number on the back of your card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>To activate your card, please do the following:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Call the number on the back of your card, you will hear a welcome greeting.<\/li>\n<li>Press 1, \u201cI have a card\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Press 1, \u201cTo activate your card\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Key in or speak your card number and this will activate your card<\/li>\n<li>You will be prompted to self-select a personal identification number, or PIN for card use at ATMs and merchant point-of-sale (POS) locations to receive cash back with purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your account number is the number printed on the card. You can also use your card to withdraw cash at ATMs, banks or credit unions or by getting cash back with purchases at participating retailers.
