While it may work, our player is not developed to support this and we cannot troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Only external Chromecast devices are officially supported.           If you have a Smart TV, such as Samsung, it may not be possible to log in or play the content from the built-in internet browser. In other words, it could work, but those browsers are not among our currently\u00a0supported browsers<\/a>. If you\u2019d like to try, here are the steps to watch on a Smart TV\u2019s browser:<\/p>\n

          1. On your TV, open the internet browser and visit the site.<\/li>\n
          2. Enter your email address, submit, and you will be emailed a link.<\/li>\n
          3. On a\u00a0separate<\/strong>\u00a0device (i.e. another computer or mobile device), open your email inbox, open the login email, and click the\u00a0LOGIN<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/li>\n
          4. Go back to your TV browser, and you should be logged in to watch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            If these steps don’t work, then it’s likely that your Smart TV will not be compatible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

            HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE IN THE ROKU CHANNEL?<\/span><\/h2>\n

            Using the\u00a0Hillsong Channel NOW<\/a>\u00a0Roku channel, you can watch our videos on your TV. Follow these steps to subscribe right within the channel:<\/p>\n

              HOW DO I LOG IN ON THE XBOX APP?<\/span><\/h2>\n

              Using the\u00a0Hillsong Channel NOW<\/a>\u00a0Xbox app, you can view the content easily on your TV. Note that the app only works on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles; it is not supported on Xbox 360.<\/p>\n

              Follow these steps to login:<\/p>\n

              1. Add the\u00a0Hillsong Channel NOW<\/a>\u00a0Xbox app to your Xbox.<\/li>\n
              2. Open the\u00a0Hillsong Channel NOW\u00a0Xbox app on your Xbox and click\u00a0SIGN IN.\u00a0<\/strong>It will give you an\u00a0activation code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              3. On a different device (computer or phone), visit the\u00a0Activate page http:\/\/now.hillsongchannel.com\/activate\u00a0& login (if you are not).<\/li>\n
              4. Enter the code from the Xbox app, and click\u00a0Activate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              5. The\u00a0Hillsong Channel NOW\u00a0app should load and you are all set to watch!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                HOW DO I DOWNLOAD VIDEOS TO MY COMPUTER?<\/span><\/h2>\n

                Two notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. Videos within a subscription or rental are not downloadable via the computer.<\/li>\n
                2. Not all videos available for purchase will be available to download. If you do not see a download video button via desktop, they are likely disabled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  When viewing via a\u00a0desktop browser, the download options are available below the player on the video’s page.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. When on the\u00a0\u00a0Browse or Product page<\/a>, click into the video you want to download.<\/li>\n
                  2. Scroll down on the video page.<\/li>\n
                  3. Click the\u00a0Video<\/strong>\u00a0Downloads\u00a0<\/strong>dropdown below the player.<\/li>\n
                  4. Select the video resolution you wish to download from the dropdown.<\/li>\n
                  5. It will save to your computer and you can watch from there or transfer it to other external devices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION (UNSUBSCRIBE)?<\/span><\/h2>\n
                    \n

                    The steps to cancel will depend on how you initially signed up.<\/p>\n

                    If you signed up on the website<\/strong>, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and following the steps below.<\/p>\n

                    Note<\/strong>: If\u00a0you signed up and paid on the website, you\u00a0<\/em>can only\u00a0cancel via the website (and not via apps).<\/p>\n

                    1. Navigate to\u00a0the settings menu in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘Manage subscription’.\n

                    2. Click ‘Cancel subscription.’
                      \n<\/li>\n
                    3. This pop-up will appear. Choose an option and then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.\n
                        \n
                      1. Note that choosing a “Pause” option will put a halt on your automatic renewal for the selected amount of time.<\/li>\n
                      2. If you no longer wish to be charged at all, choose\u00a0No thanks, I want to cancel<\/strong>, then select\u00a0Continue<\/strong>.
                        \n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                      3. You will then see a short, optional survey. To finalize the cancelation, select\u00a0Cancel Subscription<\/strong>.

                        You will see a confirmation window indicating your subscription has been canceled.<\/p>\n

                        You will also receive an email confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation,\u00a0double-check that your subscription shows as \u2018Canceled\u2019 in your settings.
