HBONOW.com\/tvcode : How to Install, Activate & Watch HBO NOW on TV<\/span><\/h2>\n

HBO (previously called HBO\u00a0NOW) is a stand-alone streaming service that lets you stream all of HBO without a TV package. You can stream all of HBO’s original series, plus hit movies, documentaries, sports, and exclusive comedy specials.<\/p>\n

If you get HBO with your cable or satellite TV package, you may be able to stream HBO plus much more using HBO Max. If you subscribe to HBO through an AT&T video service, you can stream HBO plus much more using HBO\u00a0Max. Download the HBO\u00a0Max app or go to HBOMax.com on your computer and sign in through your provider account.<\/p>\n

If you added HBO to your Hulu plan, you can stream HBO on Hulu or stream all of HBO\u00a0Max using the HBO\u00a0Max app. If you get HBO through a TV, internet, or mobile provider, you may have access to HBO\u00a0Max.<\/p>\n

How to use Chromecast to cast HBO to your TV<\/span><\/h2>\n

You can use Chromecast to cast HBO from your computer to your TV.<\/p>\n

Important<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Chromecast and your computer with HBO must be on the same Wi-Fi network.<\/p>\n

Cast from your computer<\/h3>\n

  1. Turn on your TV and make sure\u00a0Chromecast is set up\u00a0and plugged in.<\/li>\n
  2. On the computer, open Chrome and go to\u00a0HBONOW.com<\/a>\u00a0(sign in if needed).<\/li>\n
  3. Start playing a video on HBONOW.com. If you’re watching something full-screen, press the Esc key or click the full-screen icon (in the lower-right corner).<\/li>\n
  4. Do either of the following:\n

    • Tap the Google Cast button in the lower-right corner of the video player (next to the volume control).<\/li>\n
    • In the upper-right corner of your Chrome browser, click the Settings button (appears as three dots) > then choose\u00a0Cast<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Choose the device that you want to cast to.<\/li>\n
    • Once connected, the video will start playing on your TV.<\/li>\n
    • To stop casting, choose the Google Cast button or the More button (appears as three dots) >\u00a0Cast<\/strong>, and then choose\u00a0Stop<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
