In this case, you must contact the software vendor from whom you purchased your Kaspersky Security for Windows Server license.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\">If the number of activations with the activation code is exceeded, the corresponding notification is displayed. A key can have the following statuses:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"listbullet1\">\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><strong><span class=\"guicharacter\">Checking the key status<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Kaspersky Security for Windows Server is checking the applied key file or activation code and waiting for a response about the current key status.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><strong><span class=\"guicharacter\">License expiration date<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Kaspersky Security for Windows Server has been activated until the specified date and time. The key status is highlighted in yellow in the following cases:\n<ul class=\"listbullet2\">\n<li class=\"listbullet2\">The license will expire in 14 days and no additional key has been applied.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\">The added key has been blacklisted and is about to be blocked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><strong><span class=\"guicharacter\">Application not activated<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Kaspersky Security for Windows Server is not activated because a key file or an activation code has not been applied. The status is highlighted in red.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><span class=\"guicharacter\">License has expired<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 Kaspersky Security for Windows Server is not activated because the license has expired. The status is highlighted in red.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><strong><span class=\"guicharacter\">End User License Agreement has been violated<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Kaspersky Security for Windows Server is not activated because the terms of the\u00a0<a id=\"h150236\" class=\"crossreferencetemplate\" href=\"https:\/\/support.kaspersky.com\/KSWS\/11\/en-US\/147752.htm\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">End User License Agreement<\/a>\u00a0have been violated. The status is highlighted in red.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><strong><span class=\"guicharacter\">Key is blacklisted<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The added key has been blocked and blacklisted by Kaspersky, for example, if the key has been used by third parties to activate the application illegally. The status is highlighted in red.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet1\"><strong><span class=\"guicharacter\">Subscription suspended<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The subscription has been suspended temporarily. The status is highlighted in red. In this case, the\u00a0<span class=\"guicharacter\">License expiration date<\/span>\u00a0status is highlighted in yellow in the details pane of the\u00a0<span class=\"guicharacter\">Kaspersky Security<\/span>\u00a0node.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">You can renew the license before the expiration date using an additional key.
