To sign in with your TV provider, navigate to “Account” in the menu within the\u00a0Nat Geo TV<\/strong>\u00a0app, select “TV Provider” and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/p>\n

You will receive step by step instructions to verify your account by using any computer or mobile device. Your TV-connected device will provide you with a unique\u00a07-character activation code<\/strong>\u00a0that you will need in the verification process.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to verify your account:<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Visit\u00a0nationalgeographic.com\/tv\/activate<\/a>\u00a0on your computer or mobile device<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the activation code from your TV screen and select\u00a0Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select your TV provider<\/li>\n
  4. Sign in with your TV provider<\/li>\n
  5. If your sign in is successful, your full episode playback or live stream will play automatically<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the activation code doesn’t work, the code has expired. To receive a new code, select the “refresh code” button from the “ACTIVATE” screen on the TV-connected device.<\/p>\n

    If the code does not refresh, exit the “ACTIVATE” screen by pressing “back” on your remote, and select “Verify Your TV Provider” under the “Settings” menu.<\/p>\n

    Once you have the new code, follow the steps above to activate.<\/p>\n

    Is the Apple Remote app for iOS compatible with the Nat Geo TV app on Apple TV?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

    Yes. Follow the steps below to activate:<\/p>\n

    1. Download “Remote” application in the Apple App Store from your iOS device<\/li>\n
    2. Launch the “Remote” application<\/li>\n
    3. Turn on Home Sharing<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the Apple ID and password that you are currently using with your Apple TV<\/li>\n
    5. Once Home Sharing is enabled, the Apple TV icon will appear on your iOS device<\/li>\n
    6. Select the Apple TV icon<\/li>\n
    7. In the top right corner of your device, select the icon with 4 arrows<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Your iOS device should now act as a remote for your Apple TV.<\/p>\n
