Click the <strong>Activate Your Coupon<\/strong>\u00a0button in the email that was sent to you or, if you received a letter in the mail, visit the Xfinity microsite at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/my.xfinity.com\/coupon\">my.xfinity.com\/coupon<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Click the <strong>Sign In<\/strong>\u00a0button, then sign in using your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.xfinity.com\/support\/articles\/get-your-comcast-id-or-user-name\">Xfinity ID and password<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 391px; height: 223px;\" src=\"\/\/secure.xfinity.com\/anon.comcastonline2\/support\/help\/faqs\/xfinity\/HOW10226_080819_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"268\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Choose how you want to use your coupon.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The option to apply your coupon to an Xfinity On Demand rental or purchase is pre-selected.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to use your coupon as a credit on your bill, click\u00a0<strong>Select a different way to apply your coupon<\/strong>, then click the radio button next to<strong> Apply as a credit to your monthly bill.<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 340px; height: 231px;\" src=\"\/\/secure.xfinity.com\/anon.comcastonline2\/support\/help\/faqs\/xfinity\/HOW10226_072117_04.png\" alt=\"Apply Your Coupon screen with Activate button\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Verify that the coupon has been applied to the right place. Press the <strong>Menu<\/strong>\u00a0button on your remote, then click the\u00a0<strong>gear<\/strong>\u00a0icon.<\/p>\n<p>2. Highlight <strong>My Account<\/strong>\u00a0and press the\u00a0<strong>OK\u00a0<\/strong>button on your remote.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>From the Apps Menu:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h4>The icon for the Xfinity My Account app appears in the <strong>Xfinity<\/strong>\u00a0section of the\u00a0<strong>Apps<\/strong>\u00a0menu. Highlight the app tile and press\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong> on your remote.<\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Using Your Voice Remote:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Just say &#8220;My Account&#8221; into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open the My Account app.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve opened the app, you&#8217;ll be able to see everything you need to know about your account, including\u00a0<strong>Account Details<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Billing<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Data Usage<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Appointment Scheduled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0<strong>Appointment Scheduled<\/strong>\u00a0tile will only display if you have an appointment scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>The My Account app is unique to you, so these tiles may look different depending on your account. The\u00a0<strong>Billing<\/strong>\u00a0tile message changes based on the status of your bill:\u00a0<strong>No Payment Due<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Balance Due<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Past Due<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Read on to see everything you can do with My Account!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ejg63c70d\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">See Current Bill<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To see your current bill, simply select\u00a0<strong>Account Details<\/strong>, then\u00a0<strong>Current Bill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0<strong>Current Bill\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Billing Details<\/strong>\u00a0pages also display any approved pending credits to your account.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ejg63c70e\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Schedule Payments<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019ve already scheduled a payment with us, you\u2019ll see your payment listed on the\u00a0<strong>Current Bill<\/strong>\u00a0page along with an option to\u00a0<strong>Edit Payments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If you don\u2019t have any payments scheduled you\u2019ll instead see a\u00a0<strong>Make a Payment<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/p>\n<p>Select\u00a0<strong>Edit Payments<\/strong> to change the payment date or amount, or to cancel the payment entirely.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ejg63c70f\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Change your Mobile or Preferred Phone Number<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To update the primary account holder&#8217;s mobile or preferred phone number on file, select\u00a0<strong>Account Details<\/strong>, then\u00a0<strong>Add\/Edit Phone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to update your mobile phone, you&#8217;ll need to enter the first four characters of your Xfinity password, followed by a six-digit verification code that we&#8217;ll send you by text. For example, if your password is &#8220;Comcast,&#8221; you should enter\u00a0<strong>2662<\/strong> on your remote.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ejg63c70g\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Reset Password by Text or Email<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To reset your password, go to\u00a0<strong>Account Details<\/strong>, click\u00a0<strong>Reset Password<\/strong>, then select\u00a0<strong>Text Link<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Email Link<\/strong> to start resetting your password. Just follow the on-screen instructions.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have an email address or mobile number on your account, you can pick\u00a0<strong>Schedule a Call\u00a0<\/strong>to talk to an agent. You can also reset your Xfinity password at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/idm.xfinity.com\/myaccount\/reset?execution=e1s1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">xfinity.com\/password<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1ejg63c70h\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">See Internet Data Usage<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you subscribe to Xfinity Internet, you\u2019ll see the\u00a0<strong>Data Usage<\/strong>\u00a0tile on the main\u00a0<strong>My Account<\/strong>\u00a0page.
